Start Your Company Right!™ programs for entrepreneurs and business owners include management consulting, one-on-one coaching programs, and group telecoaching. The programs are customized to accommodate a variety of budgets and experience levels.

• Business Consulting

  Get a customized consulting program for your small business that focuses on areas where you need help. This could be long-range planning or helping you make day-to-day business activities more efficient. Or, it could be helping you with management, intellectual property protection, human resources, marketing, real estate, financing, budgeting, contracts, or customer relations. Your program may include a combination of site visits, telephone conferences, e-mail exchanges, coaching, and training sessions for you and your staff.

  Services may be provided for a fixed term or an ongoing monthly basis, depending on your needs. During your Initial In-Person Consultation, either in your office or ours, you determine what services you want and get a custom quote for our flat fee.

• Individual Consultations

  If you just need advice on achieving a goal or working through a problem, a consultation may be all you need. In-person consultations take place in your offices. During the meeting, you will discuss your goals, review issues that may arise in achieving them, and receive guidance. For maximum benefit, you should assemble relevant documents and prepare any specific questions you want to ask before the meeting. There is no further obligation after the initial consultation, but if you register for a coaching program or purchase other services within 30 days, you get $50 off your first invoice for those services. This credit does not apply to Q&A programs.

• Coaching Programs

• Webinars and Self-Study Programs

  Webinars are a good way to get the information you need without leaving the comfort of your home or office. We are putting together several training courses for delivery via the web, and plan to also make them available on DVD or CD. • Business Formation and Maintenance Services

  The cornerstone of Start Your Company Right!™ is helping you set up your business properly. Choose from a range of a la carte services for setting up and running a business, such as entity formation, business planning, license applications, credit applications, marketing plans, and related business services.
